A great base book to get you started. The book provides a taste of psychic development with clear definitions and great exercises to help amplify your abilities within the 5 clairs. I recommend this book to anyone seeking a light read and basic understanding of the psychic world.

very good book

I enjoyed the book, nothing too revealing but good back to basics. Following up with some of the free offers Emily provides, she seems to be very grounded and confident in her abilities.

This read, although short and sweet, is very informative and encouraging. It covers everything from spiritual and emotional to physical energy. It helps you understand yourself more and teaches you the importance of trusting yourself. This came at a perfect time in my life and motivated me to be more confident in anything I say or do. I recommend this to anybody who is feeling lost or just anybody who isn't afraid to try new ways of changing their lives in a very positive way.

So I bought this book and Liked the views. the only problem I have with this book is that is very thin 44pg to be exact. it is however a good start in understanding psychic abilities at the beginners level. but for me I just wish there was more emphasis on The Claire’s, Each have just about a page or even half a page on the subject. The exercises I do intend to try out. I just wanted a lot more examples on recognizing a persons gifts. Especially with Clairesentience, there was only about a paragraph on the subject; which is where I feel I have most of my gifts as a empath. That was a big disappointment for me. This book can be read in a day if ur not busy two if u are depends on how much time u have. It is a okay start but I feel like I received a lot of this information through YouTube videos it makes me feel like someone just put the content in the book but not that much emphasis on each subject because if they were there would be more pages. Just my opinion wasn’t what I expected if ur like me and want in-depth content this isn’t the book.

I really enjoyed this book. For me it has answered a lot of questions that I had over the years. It has given me clarity and a new vocabulary too. I appreciate the "Claire" definitions. I never knew that there was a difference. I also found the exercises to be very helpful. I recently started a new journal. So now I will include my results from these exercises in my journal. I am interested to see what type of growth I experience over a period of time.

I really enjoyed the book and recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more as to opening up to Spirit. The book was very easy to understand with exercises to do. Keep working on different exercises, find ones that work for you. I've had many Spiritual encounters and am grateful for the authors whom I read their books for guidance. Thank you

The book was received in very like new condition and can barely even see any sign of a turned page and corner, WOW!
