Excellent Mouse, Excellent Company & Excellent Customer Service!
I write reviews rarely, and only when I have had either an awesome or a horrible experience. This mouse is so excellent that I felt a duty to write a review for the seller, JTech Digital. I have long been suffering from Carpal Tunnel syndrome type of pain and discomfort since 2007. I have gone as far as programing a gaming joystick so that it can be used as a computing mouse in the past. This mouse allows you to hold your hand in an upright position while working and it completely relieves any pain and discomfort that you might have while using your computer. By the way, it worked very well with my MacBook Pro, right out of the box. The little USB part is sitting inside a small container in the base of the mouse. It took me a minute to figure out where that was. I suggest that you keep storing it there after every use if you are traveling with your laptop as you could damage the USB part. The customer service is excellent and super responsive. I am buying a second mouse so that I have one for the office and one for home. There is two types, wired and wireless. And the price is just unbeatable. I'd pay hundreds to be able to work without pain. These prices make the mouse to almost seem free. Anyone who has to continue working on computers all day with wrist and hand pain understands. I found the J-Tech Digital's website. They sell a bunch of other products both on Amazon and on their own site. I will be purchasing more from them in the future.Do you have hand pain? As one sufferer to another, posture is everything. Try this mouse and find out what works for yourself. Whatever you do, do not do the surgery where they cut some tendon in your palms. Everyone who ever does that surgery regrets it. Best of luck.

Comfortable, still works after 6 years, but the outer shell could be made of better materials.
I like the shape of this mouse. It's narrow enough to be comfortable for smaller hands. The removable palm rest also really helps keep my wrist and hand from hurting or dragging along the mousepad. That's not a feature I've seen on any other mouse. The horizontal lines around the outside make it easy to pick up and move if you bump up against the keyboard. I've had this one for 6 years, and it still works well, though I've only used it intermittently. My only complaint is the rubber material. While it makes it easier to grip, it's also a little sticky, which can feel gross against your skin. Dust also sticks to it badly, and it's difficult to clean.

Updated review. Second purchase after wearing the original out
I use the hell out of mice, 16 hours of constant use a day especially scrolling, and my original one finally gave up from the scrolling. I definitely got my use out of it and immediately ordered a new one as I am a hard core fan of this mouse. For the money I have found no equal or better and I have tried most since 1984. Awesome mouse.Wasn't sure about this mouse when first unpacking, as it felt very light and didn't have much in the way of good looks. But once I loaded batteries and plugged in the small receiver, I was blown away by how it responded, it's unexpected features and it's tracking, not to mention it's feel in the hand. After playing around with the resolution button on top I settled for the mid range resolution then set about getting a feel for the movement. I found the palm rest was a bit much for my large hand and actually interfered with the movement for my taste. After removing it, I began to relax my grip more and found the response even better than my old dead MS 6000 this replaced. I can do all my mouse intensive chores as before but now more comfortably with less strain and no pain at the base of my palm. The thumb buttons are great when browsing as I do a lot of research using multiple pages. The right click button when pressed firmly can automatically open a new tab from the link clicked without any extra step in Firefox. The unit is so light I can lightly grab it and flick it so easily that it seems effortless. The movement of the cursor is so fast at mid resoulution I added some trails in the old MS Intellimouse program, which this mouse recognizes BTW, to make following it easier on my large monitor. I found I can reach all four corners of the screen with very little wrist movement. My only complaints after spending several heavy days of usage with it is the button pressure required is a little too firm for my tastes, but not wholly objectionable and the scroll wheel rolling detents that make the old smooth movement I was used to is missed dearly. Time will tell if it can keep up with my usage pattern, maintain it's click and scroll feel and keep working as well as my departed seven year old 6000, but for now I am very satisfied and impressed with this bargain of an ergonomic mouse.
