I love these brushes. They have significantly improved the quality of my skin. They are incredibly exfoliating.This is how I use them:1. Apply body oil (almond, apricot.. whatever works for you)2. Let the oil settle into your skin for about 10 mins3. Use the brushes to exfoliate all over. Be gentle because they are rough and strong.4. Hop in the shower and scrub off the dead skin!I use them about once a week to exfoliate my entire body. They help me feel clean and smooth. The bristles to fall out on occasion and the small brush's handle is too wide. The fabric has stretched out and made it a little harder to use, but I still enjoy them and think they were a good purchase.

These are really sturdy and made well! but honestly I've only used them just a few times. Not a very useful purchase for me.

I hang these outside of shower so the wood does not get moldy. The bristles are not rough on your skin.

High quality brushes for dry brushing your skin. I'm new to this practice but it sounds like it helps with circulation and skin health. Plus it feels great on your skin as well.
