This puzzle is made of light balsa wood and is very sturdy; the pieces "click" together nicely. Color reproduction is a above average. When I opened the box, I was surprised that the pieces came nicely packaged in a sheer drawstring bag, that a full-sized puzzle poster was included, and that the box has dividers that can be used to sort the pieces. I enjoy doing fine art puzzles and this is one of the best I have completed.

This puzzle was fun and challenging to put together... a perfect COVID diversion. A few of the pieces were broken, but they were still in the bag and I simply glued them back together and completed the puzzle. The quality overall was good and the image itself is very pretty. The end result was so nice, I decided to frame it and hang it in my dining room. I enjoyed it so much, I ordered 2 more 1,000-pc wooden puzzles. A word of wisdom... it comes letters on the back of each piece... use those letters, as well as the neat little wooden pieces they include in the box, to sort the pieces. It helps immensely!

Great puzzle! Fabulous colors! You can choose to use or not use the letters on the back of each piece that represent specific sections of the puzzle. You choose the level of difficulty! Puzzle is made of sturdy wood pieces...Pleasure to work with! Very nice (paper) picture included which is the exact size Of the finished puzzle. Puzzle pieces are wood which makes them very sturdy, and they fit together tightly. The best feature is the lettering on the back of each piece. If you are puzzle challenged, or just want a little help you can sort pieces into sections by matching the letters on the back. The puzzle also came with a nice poster-sized picture. This is one of the best puzzles I’ve purchased.

This is a hard puzzle! I got the edges done and some of the foreground, but it was getting hard to the point of not being that much fun. I had noticed that there were letters on the back of the puzzle, and also wooden dividers were included in the box that fit into the box bottom, dividing it into 9 squares. As I was putting the pieces together, I saw that all the A's were together, all the B's together, and so on through H, and I could see they were organized in 2 rows of 4 rectangles. So I turned the loose pieces over and separated them into 8 of the compartments (maybe the 9th is for edge pieces?) and worked on one letter at a time. It still wasn't super easy! It was just about right and it gave me 8 little wins instead of just one big one. Seems like it would be a good puzzle to do with friends - each person could get their own little rectangle to do and eliminate squabbles over grabbiness. I love the picture and the colors and the feel and quality of the pieces and would have given it 5 stars, but it is too easy to put the pieces together wrong, and that's a pet peeve puzzle-wise of mine. Yes, they have the letters on the back so you can easily check, but I don't find that fun. I prefer a satisfying thunk that says I got it right. So 4 stars, and I'm glad I bought it.

While the puzzle comes in a nice bag and has piece separators, quality control is garbage and a bunch of pieces are missing the back of them. Making it impossible to complete. I would avoid this pulled and go with another brand.

The image is beautiful, and the colors on the box match those on the puzzle. The only fault that I can find is the lack of information on the box. Neither Van Gogh's family name nor the title of the painting appears anywhere. What does appear on the lid of the box is this mysterious disclaimer: "Specification colors and contents may yary [sic] from illustration [as said, they did not vary in this case], pls in kind prevail." I take this to mean "please kindly do your best with the puzzle in spite of such variances." Apart from the uninformative box, however, the puzzle was one of the best I have ever seen or handled. The inclusion of a full-size print of the image was very helpful. Thank you!
