Perfect size and weight for me. They came a little deflated (shipping purposes?) but I just pumped them up with a ball pump.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
I was hesitant purchasing this item because it had some bad reviews about the balls arriving inflated. I am glad I didn’t listen to them. My order came in not fully inflated but it was due to shipping. All I had to do was add a little air just like filling up a football and they worked GREAT!! I would highly recommend these!!!

Best therapy balls on a budget
I am currently in PT and they use the expensive balls but these are great if not better than theraband. I bought the 2 pk of 1 lb and 1 2 lb from same store a must have. High quality 👌

Old, hard, deformed, USELESS!!
What I received made me angry: These are supposed to be soft, flexible, hand weights. The ones I was sent were hard as rocks, deformed, and discolored. They should never have been sold, and it was a real bother to return them, as they weighed six pounds, plus packaging! Maybe replacements would have been normal, but who would trust reordering after returning them? Would have given MINUS stars if you could!

Should they look like this?
I had tried a different brand of these at the gym and I guess I expected them to be similar. I thought they would be soft and Squishy but the plastic is very firm. They are also not round. They are dented in all over. And very firm where you cannot squish the dents out. Is this how they are supposed to be?
