I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend.

It was very easy to assemble. It's easy to put away and bring back out. Only annoying thing about it is the long wire in the back but it doesn't get in the way of exercising. I used it a lot at first (I think it really was helping me lose weight) but I started slacking off with using it. However, its a great little machine especially when you don't have much room.

One star off because: (1) It is not clear how to reset the data screen. Instruction in the manual looks like direct Google translation from another language. (2) some parts got loosen after 2-3 days of use, but not vital parts (the spongy pads where you put your knees on therefore produces squeaky noise & the plastic cap on the foot contacting the ground), so its function still remains okay. FYI: I am petite 5'2 -105 lb. It supports my weight without problems. Also, I have been using this daily for less than a month, and I am not sure if it's effective in terms of training my abd muscle. It's easier to experience the instant effects with conventional pushups and burpees. I bought this only because my wrists were injured.

I love using this machine. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and very sturdy. I like that it folds away and doesn’t take up much room after use.

Cute little ab machine. When you put the work in you definitely will feel the burn! Easy to assemble, Very compact so you’re able to just tuck it under your bed or couch when not in use! Lovely investment! Would recommend to anyone who wants access to a basic at home/office ab machine that will work your core muscles!

A little self motivation along with this ab machine and you will see results. I’m 5’7 and I fit comfortably on it.

There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use.The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen.If this is for a small space like an apartment it’s really not worth it unless you’re trying to add it to a space devoted with gym equipment. This is not multifunctional whatsoever.

This lil thing is amazing!!! For how cheap it is compared to other equipment it does a good job. For someone who is 5’4 n 230lbs this thing really works me out. Was sore after the first use. I would recommend gaining some strength before using it if you’re around my weight or it’s going to be hard. I haven’t worked out in about a year due to health reasons and trying to use this straight away really hard.As for assembly, I put it together in 5 minutes by myself and didn’t need to use the instructions, it’s so basic I’m sure a toddler could put it together. Attach the handles, put on the digital timer and put the pads on.
