Mikasa Digital Air Pressure Ball Gauge

As a volleyball official, I am required to test the pressure of the ball prior to every match. This is an excellent tool to do that. It’s a bit pricey, but does the job and worth the purchase.

Accurate and functional, no cons whatever

I work at a large community center with many different "balls" to inflate and this little gem is a savior, quickly and accurately reading pressure.Expensive to some, maybe, but to me well worth the investment due to its construction, ease of use and accuracy.I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this gauge. Extremely sturdy with heavy duty needles (2) encased in their own compartment in the back.Batteries already installed and ready to go when I opened the package. It is shipped and protected nestled in its own foam "case"inside the cardboard container.Gives consistent readings and came with clear instructions - reads in 4 different measurements and the sturdy air release button on top allows you to over-pressurize and then bleed down to the correct inflation pressure for your ball.The "button" batteries are good for 3000 readings, per the instructions, and will require a very small phillips screwdriver to change them.I've only had this for a week and will provide a future update if warranted.

Yes it's expensive but it works and it seems to be accurate. I base that on the fact that I measured volleyball pressure on a few volleyballs, then compared with other/different pressure gauges from other referees and it's the same value. Easy to use and comes with 2 needles that store in a clip on the back side. No regrets on the purchase, especially since I use it almost daily
