A solid product
I've been independently testing lithium ion batteries and battery products for a while now - no one is paying me to do this, I just like understanding how the products actually work and what it is that I'm buying. What I have found during my testing is that all the manufacturers of lithium-ion products artificially inflate their mAh numbers. They're not outright lying, exactly, but they test under wildly unrealistic conditions that are simply not possible in any real-world application. You see, lithium-ion batteries discharge less total power the faster they're discharged. So what the manufacturers do is test their products at a tiny little trickle discharge of around 75 milliamps or so. That gives great high numbers for total capacity that are technically true, but it is simply not possible for most consumer devices to operate at a current that low. As an example, my phone draws 1250 milliamps when charging with a regular, non-quick charge cable and charger. So I have found the actual real-life capacity of a battery or device is about half of whatever mAh capacity they're claiming. I've tested multiple batteries and power banks from manufacturers all over the world and they all do this. If you get half the capacity they're claiming, you're actually doing fine.So I test at a load representative of what I think the minimum real-world power draw would be at the slowest possible rate of charge for a typical consumer device - 750 milliamps. That's almost half of what my phone actually draws when charging, and much lower than this and it won't charge at all.So with all that said, this micro power bank has a stated capacity of 5000 mAh. What I got out of it at 750 milliamps was 3250 mAh, which is above average. The maximum output it could sustain was 2.2 amps (2200 milliamps) which is about what I'd expect given it's size and a USB-A port.It also has a numeric percentage display for remaining charge, and two USB-A outputs, which is also average. One minor drawback is that it only has a Micro-USB port for recharging, limiting it's rate of recharge - it could only draw in 5.9 watts (1170 milliamps) of power. But given it's small capacity, this isn't a major problem as it will still fully charge in under 3 hours. I do wish it was a USB-C port instead, though. So in summary, it's a perfectly good power bank with average, functional features, just shrunk down. It slips easily into a pocket or purse, making it convenient for travel, it holds a decent, useful amount of power, and it's recharge time isn't unreasonable.

Light, small, powerful... Perfect "pocketable" USB battery bank.
Got this to have as a backup power pack for my GoPro so that I don't need to swap batteries while on long excursions. Already find myself carrying it daily as a go-to power source for my smartphone and other USB-charged devices (BT headphones, rechargeable mouse, and micro-controllers).Pros:- Very small/thin for the amount of storage - fits in the pocket I carry my smartphone in (iPhone Xs) and is barely noticeable even with a small charging cable- Weight - Compared to my Anker 10,000mah "brick" (it has three 18650s in it), this thing is teensy. My Anker weighs in at 205g... this is only 102g. Half the weight, but half the power too (see: Cons)- On-device charge display - No need to guess charge level with 4-LEDs like some banks have...- TWO USB ports - Can charge two devices simultaneously vs. "hot-swapping" back and forthCons:- It is only 5000mah - Can't beat the battery density, but I do find myself considering getting a second one... It can charge my iPhone Xs from ~10% to 100% twice before running out. Keeps my GoPro running for ~18hrs while recording. All and all, I love this little unit! I'm a Maker and STEM roboticist as well, and I'm considering picking a few of these up to use as power-packs on RaspPi, Arduino, and ESP32 microcontroller-based roverbots. The ease of being able to swap them with just a USB plug and the weight make this a no-brainer for that application!

Requires old style micro USB plug for charging. Unit also failed after 60 days.
Spent a bit more on this due to it's pocketable form factor and digital display. I thought I ordered a first quality, better-brand item. I was surprised this battery requires the antiquated micro USB port for recharging, instead of the current USB C standard port. Also, after 60 days of ownership, the battery only charges to 25% which also indicates old or defective stock. Not recommended.

Small, thin USB battery
I purchased this battery to power some costume electronics. I needed a 5k+ mAh battery to get an entire days worth of use out of it as the older 3k mAh battery was just a tad short. However, this battery while very thin was still just a tad thick compared to the 3k offering. I was able to get the battery installed in place of the old one but it was quite a tight fit. I really wish I could find smaller batteries above 3k mAh, but for now this is the best one I can find. I would gladly give up some of the more advanced features (the 3 digit display, large USB ports, buttons, etc.) in order to reduce the size of the unit. A battery is all about portable power, so concentrate on fitting the most amount of power cell capacity in the smallest size possible.

Compact and portable
This charger is great. Compact and portable and weighs next to nothing. It charges quickly and lasts. I would recommend that you order a very short cable to plug into the power bank to connect your phone is it doesn't come with one.

Compact & light weight, but...
This battery is almost perfectly sized;, light weight( which was the main reason I bought this) & good looking. However, the charge remaining light will not light up until you actually plug something into the battery. I find this very annoying. My previous iHome 4000. mAh battery had 5 blue lights along the top edge & all you had to do was shake the battery for them to light up. Also, recharging this battery takes about 4+ hrs, which seems ridiculous to me. I am also disappointed with its charging power. I partially charged a vape mod for about 15 minutes & this battery showed 68% remaining. When my iPhone xr ran low I plugged it into this battery while in a store. 15 or 20 minutes later I noticed the battery light was out, the battery was completely drained & my phone was charged 22%. I know that I got far more charging done with my old iHome which had less power than this says it has. I’m not really happy with this battery because I had a much better experience with my previous battery.
