This is much better than the big bulky wraps the hospital gives you after hernia surgery. It's easier to put on and keep tight and I especially love that you can get it in just the right spot

I was nreally tired of the wider ones rolling up on me . This doesn't roll up but still a little uncomfortable. Please be sure to pay attention to the size. I am 6'7" and 310 lbs so I ordered a 2X.... Was huge on me. I returned that one and got a XL and a large. The XL is good on my 48 inch waist and the L will go on but a little too tight. I will keep it as I am losing some weight :)

It is a great device for my health issues.Would definitely recommend to a friend.

It was just a tad small

It's easy to put on, but won't stay in place. It folds over and the disc pops out and won't stay in place with very little movement. If you're sitting at a desk all day, it might be OK. It needs a piece of Velcro on the short end next to the disc to keep it in place and aligned. I wouldn't have purchased if i'd have known.

Seems to help but no instructions! Do you wear it to bed 24 hours a day

I thought this thinner band would be more comfortable to wear since it’s too narrow to roll up like the others. My issue is the cushion disk does not stay in place. It slides. I gave it 2 stars because maybe I need to buy a smaller size and have it fit tighter? Not sure, but it’s frustrating for me to keep readjusting the disk throughout the day
