I thought this thing was beautiful. It does have some gold shiny thread running through it but I didn’t think it took away from the picture. Absolutely worth every penny I paid for it. I liked it so much I bought two different ones. The size is probably the same as a poster.

It's a very nice tapestry, it's actual material, and a large size. Very good quality. My only real complaint is that there's tons of shiny gold threading which I didn't realize from the pictures. The entire circle (or halo) behind the head is all very shiny gold, which I think really detracts from the look. There's gold threading through the entire tapestry actually, but the halo/circle is overwhelmingly shiny. It's too bad, because otherwise it's lovely. It was packed with a mini Green Tara card too, which was a nice surprise.

Great artwork,- delicate and exquisite. Fast shipment, well packaged. RECOMMEND.

For the price it is a good value

Nice quality thangka. However, one critical flaw, the color of Vajrasattva body which is bluish , should have been pure white. Two stars are taken of this review. I hate to return but need to.

The fabric is very stiff. The colors are more muted/dull than I'd hoped. It has a very chemically smell. Not sure if I'll keep it yet.
