Victorinox makes fantastic kitchen knives. They are slim, lightweight, and sharp!! Good steel made in Switzerland that holds an edge and is easy to sharpen. Keep in mind that these are not super fancy or heavy duty knives. Years ago I worked in a restaurant and we used Victorinox knives.

Bought this set as a gift for my son who is an accomplished amateur chef. Razor sharp and Sturdy. He told me they really hold their edge. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a great set of knives. Victorinox quality, just like their classic Swiss Army knives.

These are awesome knives, but I’d sure love if they included some sleeves for them. They’re sharp as heck and if I wanted to get a block, I’d get the knife set with the block.

I decided to buy myself a good set of knives and after asking friends and reading reviews, I decided to give these a try. I even bought a very knife magnetic knife holder for them. They are the nicest knives I've ever used. I can't justify spending a thousand dollars for knives but for the money Im very happy with them.

These knives are sharp and have a good "feel" to them without being heavy. Good set for the money.
