Color is light gray not dark brown. Zero support from manufacturer
Have tiled for over 30 years, dozens of projects. This dark brown Color came out light gray. This is apparently common with this product. See complaints all over the internet. Mapei says it’s because the tile was washed too much and the color washed out or maybe the pigment fell into the bottom of the bag. and if you used a partial bag it didn’t have the color. On the other hand it sets up very fast so Mapei says to use small batches. Awful product all around.
