The Asurion warranty claim process was straightforward and easy to understand. Once I submitted proof of purchase date and price, Asurion issued an Amazon credit for the price.

I love watching Japanese Anime and possess many DVDs (that is another story) that I am promised will play in my Region but when I receive them -- NO!! Just a lie to make a sale -- SO, my solution is to purchase a device and 2-year protection for a DVD player that plays ALL REGION movies. Well I cant get this to work!! I was really excited --- Only to learn that I have no idea how how to make this work on my ROKU TV --- This device asks me to "Name the Device" That is retarded!! The ROKU system has a drop down menu asking for Live TV, Streaming, DVD player But no need to name it just click it -- So this is another sinister way to get a sale and not deliver on the product!! Last time -- I have had enough!!

It take like 10 days to be ready

The process is pretty straightforward. The website however can be a little bit confusing if you have multiple items on your account as it doesn't always tell you the description without having to call in but they provided me with the UPS return label and I received the money shortly after sending the package back

My Warranty people have been wonderful and very fast I've been trying so hard to get help forever and I finally connected with the warranty company and they helped me. Thanks 👍
