Southern Ag Stop Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes, 16 Ounce

My tomatoes started to get bottom rot and I was devastated! But, on FB a member of a group I follow recommended this product and I bought it. So far, I am very pleased to say that the new tomatoes have zero, blossom end rot. My plants are producing much more quickly also. I am very pleased with this product.

First three tomatoes this season had severe cases of blossom end rot. After first application the problem went away. As per the instructions, I continued to apply weekly.

works fine if you use it early in the growing season

As tomatoes and peppers began to mature the presence of the dreaded blossom end-rot presented. It hammered our Roma variety - Marzano, but also found a place on our 'Early Girl' and 'Early Boy' to a limited extent. Mixing at label rate and performing a foliar application seemed to slow the rot down. However, this is the first season we've been hit in spite of our judicious approach to soil building and fertility. We utilize a biological technique which includes the application of gypsum to provide both calcium and magnesium. My calculations were off, hence the rot. Very reliable brand made our choice simple. Next season... No 'Marzano" Roma tomatoes. Soil test to assist in the application of balanced nutrition and, we suspect the test recommendations will have us applying a higher rate of nitrogen while also looking to correct calcium supply prior to planting. We would prefer that the label be more expansive, but... Isn't that what Google is for? Best to have this product on-hand in the event you need it. Also, corrected rot on our peppers.

My tomatoes were rottening on the bottom and this saved the new tomatoes. I lost a lot of my tomatoes to the rot and next year, I will be sure to use this as soon as I plant. ONly need a tiny bit for a gallon of water.

...but didn't "stop" the problem.

I purchased a big tomato plant from Walmart in March and was delighted to see several large Tomatoes ripening in May but the bottoms had a big black scab on them. I had to throw away the first three tomatoes . In frustration I Googled the problem bought this product and sprayed them down as directed once a week. Before the product I had to throw away three beautiful tomatoes because of the big scab but every tomato since I've been using this treatment has been beautiful! I'm glad I took a chance I'm buying this.

I found one tomato with blossom rot, I had plenty of water and good soil but with 8 large plants in my raised bed I was not surprised.I ordered this and did one application. Presto, that was it, no more rot. I'm pulling up my plants and not one has rot. This works.
