I have severe shoulder problems. Where I cant use my arms. I bought these for my hair, nails and skin. I have no idea if they are going to help that, but my joints feel so much better. I bought this product to try to help with joint stiffness. I heard it helps with a lot of other things. I haven't been taking it for very long, (3 capsules per day). So far I think it is helping. I hope that in the long run I will notice more positive results. I would give it a try if you are thinking of trying these, I did a bit of research before this purchase and so far I am happy with them. They are gelatin capsules so they can stick a bit in your throat, but seem to dissolve fast.
