Ingredients list: Manuka Honey 100%; Bee venom <0.1%. I started with half a teaspoon sample to test my reaction - with no reaction felt/seen, I now take a full spoon twice a day (morning/evening). You might feel a slight tingling of your lips or nose but that is normal. As with any allergy (e.g. nuts, lactose, strawberries, etc.), if you have an allergy to bee stings, then I would not use; just like I would not eat a peanut butter sandwich if I had a nut allergy. I use this product and the one without bee venom. I highly recommend THIS product.

Q: Is it can be used on skin.?

Just to add to what I recently said. Bee venom has an element called apamin which has the ability to go through cell walls and take other medicines into those cells. And so both eating it and putting it onto your body will help healthy new skin cells. We also sell bee venom in capsules and we have a Nectar Balm, which is applied directly to your skin.
