Failed Invention
Well in short, this is a failed invention. The hook was properly seated with great effort and grease was required for the last part of the hook to be seated (as shown in pictures 1 and 2). The Herculean effort required to turn the hook failed me; so, a multi-ton come-along was employed (as shown in picture 3). The effort in picture 3 was held for twenty minutes when I said to myself, "It is going to turn or bust." Guess what, it busted (as shown in picture 4). The device did not operate as promised for Ford van factory rims for 16" Goodyear Decathlon P235 tires. I do not believe this "failed invention" will work for any rim 16" and smaller.

You can change a truck tire without help
I worked for a time as a mechanic on trucks and changed tires with the old tire levers. That is a job for at least two people. I gut this kit after seeing the video online and it works very well. I was able to change the tires on my Motor-home by myself. That's 235/80 on a 22.5" rim. I am impressed with the tool design.I cannot speak to the durability as i have not used it much. I assume that these low cost vesions may be more prone to the castings breaking as apposed to the $300-500 versions available through tire supply places, but so far I am impressed.

Some good, some bad
The dis-mounting tool works very well to remove the first bead, not so much for the second. Old school tools are easier and faster to remove the rim from the second bead. The installation tool works, but is poorly designed and pops off the rime easilier. Again the old school tire tools work better. Mounting heavy truck tires is risky for those that lack experience, unfortunately the mounting tool greatly increases the risk with its propensity to pop off the rim. The groove designed to hold the spoon on the lip of the rime is too small, very easy to lose your balance when the tool repeatedly pops off.I don't regret the purchase, but don't think for a minute these will replace a good set of old school tire spoons.
