It Works
I bought this, set it up in my case in around 3 minutes, and was brought immediate peace of mind from no longer having to look at a sagging gpu.I've probably disconnected and reconnected my GPU twice or thrice since buying these one and a half years ago, but each time I was able to set this stand up relatively quickly. The bottom of my case does bend slightly where the base of this brace meets it, but I have not even thought about that bending until the writing of this post as of now. So would recommend.

Great little stand for my GPU
Simple little stand that works great! And since it cost so little im not scared of trying things that might break it or bend it with other uses.

Does a job supporting the graphics card.

It works!
I like that it doesn't feel cheap. For a stick it has a little weight to it and enough length to reach my gpu which was a problem for other solutions. To make sure it was actually supporting it, I propped everything into position then slightly lifted up on the corner of the gpu with the grip against it and tightened the screw in position. There wasn't really any sag yet that was visible but I am confident there never will be now that I have this assuming it holds up over time.

Simple design for those who are concerned about heavy GPUs and sagging.
I'm using this to keep my Sapphire Nitro+ 5700XT aligned with the PCIE slot. It's a 3-fan GPU that's fairly heavy, and I got a nice motherboard I'd rather not place any unnecessary stress on. I initially noticed the sag when I reassembled my PC for the motherboard swap, and decided that a simple brace such as this one would do the trick. It arrived super quickly and I was able to adjust the height of the platform by simply testing the height while the screw was loosened, then taking it out and finger-tightening it back up. The base isn't particularly heavy, but if you even out the space the GPU takes up on the platform, it shouldn't tilt whatsoever.Someone else pointed this out, but the overall height of the stand is too tall. I don't think there's ever a situation in even the largest consumer-grade gaming cases where you would see usage more than half the length of the stand itself, so without modifying it, you are left with the additional height poking out from the platform. It's not the worst looking thing I have seen, but it does seem a little awkward. Oh well, my GPU has an antenna now.Otherwise, I will still be giving this product 5/5 for accomplishing everything it should, without any unnecessary "gamer" branding or other nonsense.

Bought to brace my monitor.
I submitted a question regarding using this product as a brace of sorts for a monitor. I went ahead and purchased two of these despite the answer I got. I have a 3 monitor setup each with their own separate articulating stand/arm. I just got a new 43" and already had two 32" monitors. Ridiculous I know, but I wanted to put my two 32" monitors in portrait mode on the sides of my new main monitor (I only have 1 like this at the moment). However the VESA mount is not centered when it's in portrait, and the weight causes the monitor to rotate/fall. This little GPU support works perfectly to prevent that. I have it under the corner that "falls". The solid construction and the tightening screw on the support is more than enough to hold the weight of the monitor. The max height the support reaches I would say is 7.5" It's all aluminum with a rubberish tactile pad on top of the little arm and bottom of the base. It's a great overall product. Very happy with it.

Works great
It does what it's meant to do, keeps my bigger graphics card from sagging

Build and packaged way better than it needs to be.
The packaging was gorgeous. Like, this is a black metal stick that holds up your fat GPU, because that's where we are at today with technology. You need to buy a stick for your fat GPU.But the packaging had thick, dense foam. That's not necessary. It's a black stick. The box it was in had foil lettering, front AND back. Again, it's a stick. It holds things up. The foam separated all the items with far more spacing than was necessary.I'm no expert in packaging, but I'm pretty sure you could have put a stamp on a ziploc bag and this would have worked just as well. It's a stick! It's a GPU crutch. And yet this thick foam core separated all the components with way more room and symmetry than was required.Time will tell if my particular metal stick suffices, but if they put 10% as much effort into the product as they did with the packaging, it'll be far more premium than is really required.Looks great in a black computer case. I wish we didn't need it, but then again, RTX 3080s are selling for >$2400 on eBay and they're so fat that you need something like this.It's... a nice stick, but you should really buy it for the packaging.
