I suspect that you are thinking that if you pour off the juice, you pour off the sugar. You would also have to pound the pineapple dry with paper towels and a hammer, or dehydrate the pineapple before you use it, and you still wouldn't lose all 27 grams. 27 grams is just not that much. It is pretty useless to knock yourself out over calories like that.

You should be focusing instead on the toxins (metals) inside you that are messing up fat cells in particular.
