I have used eyeliner pens for years. I was nervous to try a liquid eyeliner because I thought it would be difficult to apply. I am happy to report that I was mistaken - this liquid eyeliner is way easier to use that the pens I’ve been using for ten years. I only regret that it took me so long to make the switch. My only complaint is that it smears easily when my eyes tear up or water. I know it’s not supposed to be waterproof, but it doesn’t last as long as other non waterproof eyeliners. I don’t mind it though because I can easily wipe off the smudged part and reapply.

I love this eyeliner. It might be the first liquid eyeliner I’ve ever used that doesn’t smudge by the end of the day. I originally bought it because it is EWG approved with only the safest ingredients. I won’t ever use another eyeliner!

I've been wearing this for about 3 months now and I've been pretty happy with it's performance!PROS:- Great for everyday wear (minimally irritating/harmful ingredients especially compared to most on the market)- Great pigment- Stays on all day- Quick and easy to remove (my preferred method is an oil, like hemp seed oil, or oil-based cleanser)CONS:- The tapered shape of the applicator is not super ergonomic and I've found that it's a bit more difficult to feel like you have control over your application compared to pencil/marker shaped applicators (resulting in some accidental lines from time to time). HOWEVER, you do kind of get a feel for it after awhile and you just need to be extra steady- Not waterproof in the least bit. I KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE WATERPROOF. But I was a bit caught off guard at just how susceptible to smearing/running it is when exposed to water. I was cutting onions and my eyes started tearing up a bit, and after I was done, I looked in the mirror and the eyeliner that was previously only on the top of my lid was covering my undereye area. --- it was just an unexpected level of the eyeliner bleeding. (so if you have watery-eyes maybe caused my allergies, then this is NOT a good liner for you)

I usually cannot wear eye makeup without it looking terrible just minutes after putting it on. This is because I live in the tropics. It is humid and hot year round here. On top of that, I have oily skin and hooded eyelids. So when I blink my eyes (with other brand eyeliners) you see an extra line on my lid where the lid touches itself. Throughout the day it gets more smudged and looks worse. By the end of the day, I look like a hot mess. HOWEVER, this eyeliner stays put and looks good after several hours out and about running errands in the heat. No extra line when my eyelids touch. No raccoon eyes. No smudge. A nice clean line that stays. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Also I like that it is NOT waterproof and comes off easily when I wash my face. Stays when I need it too, but easy to remove. I find that waterproof eyeliners smudge more, yet are harder to remove. So I stay away from them. This is perfect. If you look at the attached pictures. You can see when my eyes are open there is a hood and makeup tends to smudge. In the bottom picture where I’m looking down, you can see my entire eyelid and there is no smudge. This picture was taken 5 hours after applying it and after running errands in humid weather.

This product is ok. I bought it because I was looking for eyeliners with "clean" formulas that rated well on the Yuka app. The eyeliner looks good when first applied but doesn't last throughout the day. It is very easy to smudge, and if the smallest amount of water touches it, you look like a member of KISS with a huge smear across your face. The applicator tip can make it hard to apply the eyeliner where you want it (but that could also be some user error on my part). Over all the product is just ok. I did repurchase it because I haven't found a better alternative yet, but know you are buying mostly an applicator with a tiny amount of product.

I was looking for a more natural eyeliner that isn't waterproof, and I landed on Honest Company. I don't think I'll buy my eyeline or mascara anywhere else! It doesn't smear, it's easy to use and lasts all day.

In an attempt to use only "clean," non-toxin products, I bought several Honest brand products, one was this liquid eyeliner. Don't purchase it! It does NOT glide on smoothly but in little dash lines in a very Bold Harsh Black shade. That's all they offer. It does Not last throughout the day in these dashed lines but starts fading. Also, the line is Thicker than originally intended no matter how light I try to apply it.Good news is there is no fragrance as advertised. Very disappointed and still searching for a dark brown that is clean, non-toxic. Don't waste your money.

This is the only eyeliner I will use! Quality ingredients, not tested on animals, and hypoallergenic! Easy to use and easy to wash off! Great value and it lasts for 3 months! Small in size and the color is well represented!
