Bariani California Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2X 1 Liter

After comparisons and scientific testing, this extra virgin olive oil has been reported to be the healthiest that I've ever come by. However, there's a downside which goes along with it being the healthiest: because it's unfiltered and not processed like others, which makes it very healthy, it has a slight taste that is not so great and differs from most. If you don't mind the taste, you can benefit greatly from its high healthiness. Or maybe use it on things when it's mixed with other ingredients so the taste won't be so predominant. If you just want to forgo with it regardless of its healthiness due to the taste, I recommend getting the 2nd healthiest extra virgin olive oil our lab has come across, and it is also one of the best tasting olive oils around: Atlas (an organic extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, .1 to .2 low acidity, all olives from a single farm in Morocco).

This is great tasting olive oil - my family uses it for salad and for making tapenades and raw veggie spreads. We do not cook with this premium olive oil. Taste is slightly spicy, delightful.

Cold extracted and unfiltered makes for a delicious flavor. Not so heavy tasting or smelling as some but somehow this company has hit just the right note. Perfect for raw vegan meals, salads and spaghetti. Can’t sing their praises enough.

false advertising for this product. I purchased this olive oil because it’s explicitly says you will receive Fall 2024 harvest, bottled in 2025 but I received Fall 2023 harvest bottled in 2024, which will expire soon. I bought this specifically because I wanted a fresher olive oil.

This olive oil is full of flavor and i enjoy the taste but it would be bice if it was organic.

Probably the most delicious olive oil (100% olive oil without fillers) that I have ever tasted, in addition to being extremely healthy with high amounts of the very beneficial polyphenols. There's a scam artist out there selling this "magical" Morrocan olive oil that is supposed to have the most polyphenols of any olive oil, but the levels in this one are higher. Has a slightly bitter taste, but I love it, and this taste lets you know that it's high quality and REAL olive oil.
