tough, durable and works well
Not much more to say if you have to measure some long distances, this item is worth every penny, it rolls out and rolls up flawlessly every time, as long as you are paying attention to what you are doing and don't twist in while holding it. Very solid construction, the tape itself is thick but still pliable, and the rolling/unrolling motion is smooth

Durable tape measure
I use this often. It’s handy to have around the house or in the truck. Has a steak to hold it down on one end when using it rolls up nice after being used.

Can't go wrong. This tape really measures up to the competition
Bought this after I had a guy come over and use a similar measure tape to do my gutters. Its super long and was great for measuring out a 37' 6" deck plot. Now I will never have to measure out 26' several times to get a long distance measurement. The tape seems thick and durable.

Great quality for the price
For basic homeowner use, this is great! I don't know how well it wears since i make straight shot runs with it and wind it right back up cleanly. very well made. feels sturdy and definitely functional. the clip allows it to be dug into the ground or be hooked on a nail or stake. it has no gears assist to wind it up, but i've had it out to the full 200ft multiple times and i can wind it up just as fast or faster than i can walk back to the starting point. the handle also folds back over to lock the carriage from unwinding when not in use. it's very comfortable to manipulate with the design and large handles. my only grip is that there's the metal doo-hicky on the end of the tape line doesn't have a place to tuck into or anything when it's wound up. it just hangs down a couple of inches. But that would not have stopped me from buying it by any means. I would recommend to any homeowner.

Great Tape Measure
For the few times I used it, it worked very well. I like the fact that it has both standard & metric measurement sides.Appears to be good quality for the price. Highly recommend it.

I got the 200ft I've used a bunch of diff ones in the past they start falling apart quick this one is really nice the coated tape is nice it is super smooth to use very happy with it
