I’ve to change my review and rating!This Parma ham was red and salty at the beginning only, after it became as a real Parma Ham should be: sweet and pink!

Prosciutto has nice flavor and aroma but doesn’t feel like it it’s mature for 24 months.Talking from experience of making my own prosciutto’s in past and since I was born and raised in that neck of the woods

I’ve had many kinds of domestic and imported prosciutto. The leg I received was a beautiful dark color and the taste was mildly salty, couldn’t have asked for better for the price! Will buy again

I bought 5 of these in the past year. The most recent one lacked the styrofoam lining that it used to ship with. It arrived in the box with warm ice packs. It was returned and I will not be buying it again from them.

The meat is of very poor quality, the meat is not dried out, we opened it, after a couple of days it began to become covered with green mold, we tried to save it and put it in the refrigerator, but it got even worse in the refrigerator and we threw it away, spent so much money and everything had to be thrown away! !!!!!!

I have a Globe Chefmate professional slicer at home, and this is the only Prosciutto di Parma I buy for it. Top notch quality, couldn't be happier with it.
