Vectra for Cats Flea Treatment & Prevention for Large Cats (Over 9 lbs.) 3-Month Supply

Long story short, we have had a flea infestation for almost 2 years from 2 kittens we took in. Even though we washed them with baby shampoo and combed them out and eventually flea shampoo and flea collars, nothing worked! The fleas kept coming back and they are indoor cats!When they were old enough, I tried so many topical flea treatments and the oral one as well; even the really expensive brand the vet recommended. That worked for a short time but the fleas still came back. I washed and vacuumed everything but i couldn't get rid of them. I saw Vectra a couple mouths ago so I bought it for my 5 cats and my dog. I wasn't expecting it to work but it did! Finally no more scratching and no more getting bit!!

I like the fact that it kills fleas on 6 hours rather than taking 24 hours to kill them like Frontline. Both flea medication work well but Vectra works faster, the only thing is when applying it the liquid comes out very fast and it dripped down the back of my cat so make sure you squeeze it slowly.

This is the only over the counter flea med that worked for our car last summer! With other brands, the fleas were back within a week.Easy to use bottle that went on quickly before our cat even knew it was on. No noticeable scent.

My cat likes to go outside and got a really bad flea infection once, my vet recommended this product and it killed them all, she’s been great since I started using it… Easy to place, no smell, great value for the money.

Within a few minutes, you can actually SEE the fleas leaving the cat. This product actually does what it says it will do! I have seven cats so, when one gets fleas, they all do - Vectra takes care of it - quick, easy, painless - (except for the vacuuming afterwards) Well worth the price! None if my cats ever had any adverse effects. They sleep better now - and so do I.

This is a great product that actually works. The reason why I'm giving a one star is because when I reordered it again they sent me the dog vectra. I reported to Amazon that the wrong product was sent and I need the cat version so they sent out a new one. Once I got the new product from Amazon it was the dog version again.
