An improved, good quality and affordable wireless microphone
A very good wireless microphone system for DJs for the event of 200 audiences and below. The voice clarity is better. it's digital, sleek-looking, lightweight. I have used this for 10 gigs already and had no problem. The static sound which comes when you are so close to the speakers also has been reduced to a much lower extent. The technology is better. I bought two of these and they are running great, Battery life is good too. let's say 8 to 10 hours of speaking. it also depends on how much one is using the microphones to speak.

As soon as you use it for couple time the connection have the issue and the product is so cheap

I own four of these. Great build, and a huge improvement over the AKG Perception line.

Just not good enough
I really wanted to like this unit since it’s affordably priced and made by a reputable company but it just fell short on so many levels. First issue right out of the box is everything feels cheap especially when connecting the instrument cable to the body pack, just seemed flimsy like it would break after a few uses. I play a bass with active circuitry and even with the gain turned down all the way on the body pack I was clipping the receiver which sounded very unpleasant on top of strange anomalies in regards to dynamics when trying to play softer. But the real deal breaker were the audio signal drop outs which happened no matter where I stood in conjunction to the receiver. I really don’t know if the problem is with this model or with the all systems that operate within the 2.4ghz spectrum but I just couldn’t make this unit work for me. In the end I returned the dms100 and spent a little more to purchase a uhf wireless unit instead.

Works great until it doesn’t
I lead a couple of wedding bands and bought this mic about a year ago to use for toasts/speeches and other formalities and it worked great for about 3 gigs then out of nowhere the transmitter and the handheld refused to link and has been unable to reconnect ever since. And of course it stopped working at the worst possible time. Long story short I would not recommend wasting your money on this mic it is very unreliable.
