Amazing, and very effective...
These gel strips are amazing. Amazing, I tell you!!STICKY! They stick strongly to your forehead, but they're not at all difficult to remove, and they don't leave any kind of residue. The gel strip will even re-stick, if you remove it for several minutes to "recharge" the coolness.EASY TO WEAR! I use these gel strips for headaches, and they are so convenient and easy. They're super thin, and very lightweight. I don't have to sit with a bulky cold pack over my forehead.LONG-LASTING! These are just the right coolness - not crazy freezing, but offering instant relief with a gentle coldness. And if you remove it, but want to use again a little while later, you can extend its life by replacing the clear backing (or lay it sticky-side up on a tissue, or whatever) and let it sit for around 15 minutes. It will cool down again, and it will feel brand new! Awesome! So, they really do last a long time - plenty of time to get over a bad tension headache. ***However, the manufacturer advises against doing this, "for sanitary reasons" - but you can decide for yourself.Another tip: the strips come 2 to an envelope/package - be sure to only cut/tear the very top of the envelope when you remove the first strip, and leave enough envelope to fold over several times, so you can close it tightly. This step will stop the remaining strip from drying out. (assuming you're only using one at a time)Hope these gel strips help you as much as they do for me!:)

These feel so soothing. Just enough comfort to get you through until your meds kick in.
I was diagnosed with chronic migraines a few years ago. I saw these sheets on Amazon and thought they looked silly (the name "Be Koool" just screams 90's gimmick), but I was curious and desperate enough that I bought them, despite a friend telling "these look like a rip-off, just use a wet washcloth or an ice pack for free instead".I seriously wish I'd heard of these years ago! They feel similar to using a Badger Headache Soother Stick, except the results last for hours instead of just a minute. These gel sheets are far superior to a washcloth or ice pack; they are practically weightless for starters (any pressure on my head is unbearable once a migraine has started), and they maintain the same consistent, cool temperate for several hours. They stay in place wonderfully - if you prefer to keep your head elevated, or if your head pain is minor enough that you can move around, they will not fall off. Even when I toss and turn at night, these will still be in place the next morning. These are by no means a miracle cure - they don't stop my headaches or migraines. However, if I use one while waiting for my Relpax to kick in, it makes the wait far more bearable. I now have several boxes of these stocked up in my bathroom. I literally do not go anywhere without a packet of them in my purse for unexpected migraine attacks. They are so soothing and comforting. For very minor headaches, the cool feeling can sometimes even block the pain completely! One word of caution though, the box does say you can put these in the fridge for a few minutes for extra cooling effect. I do not advise this if you're using the strip for a headache/migraine. I tried it with one strip during a particularly bad migraine, put the strip on, and... OUCH! It felt like I'd given myself the worst brain-freeze ever.

Cool relief.
I get headaches. Bad headaches. And sometimes migraines. These don't get rid of a headache. But when nothing will? These are very soothing to put on and close your eyes. They make things feel modestly better - which, when you're in pain like that, is nothing to sneeze at. I swear by these, like to carry a packet in the car with me for some headache relief while traveling. I can't get them at any stores local to me either! I was introduced to them on the road in Canada with a migraine, and now I have to order them online. Because I found them that comforting. I mean, ice packs probably work better, but there's no dripping, mess, or need for a freezer here. Drawback is that they come in 3-packs that don't reseal, but you have to be sure not to let the unused ones dry out either. Single or resealable packaging would make these a better product. But still worth having as they are - FYI - the kid ones are priced higher but the same thing as these cut slightly smaller. My son also relies on these, and I don't bother with the kids ones. The size is not a big deal and the regular work fine at a lower price.

Perfect for migraines
These are so helpful for when I have a migraine. This company also makes ones for kids aimed for when they have fevers and at least in stores around here, those are the ones I usually see on the shelves. The adult version is pretty hard to find, so I was happy to find them on Amazon. One doesn't work better than the other or anything, they have the same ingredient and the adult/migraine one is not extra strength, but it is bigger! While the kid-sized one does not really fit across your entire forehead (makes sense as they're targeted for kids), these ones do. Using the kid ones isn't too bad if my migraine is only on one side of my head, but if I've got a band migraine, I really need it to be longer so I don't have to pick a side or anything. So these are perfect.I also find that they last a bit longer than eight hours. If I put one on and go to sleep, there's still a bit of the cooling gel left when I wake up, usually about ten hours later. It's obviously way less effective at this point, but there's at least still a little there past the advertised time period. Always a plus when something works longer or better than advertised!
