Whirlpool 8 kg Inverter Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Appliance (Fresh Care 8212, White, Inbuilt Heater)

this machine has performed well and it can be safely stated SO FAR SO GOOD. we have used fully automatic front loading machines since 1983 (Phillips and Siemens) and WHIRLPOOL machine is much superior. large number of programs and super quietness , even in the spin mode, make this machine a very good BUY.

1. The repair guys visited three times in a month. They gave 3 different reasons for a generic error. Conclusion - drum needs to be changed. It will cost 14 thousand rupees. The customer care isn't bothered due to such pathetic service. They want me to trust on the repair service.2. Same error was observed last year as well. They changed the PCB. The repair cost was 15 thousand. But, whirlpool paid it as I had bought AMC.3. The overall amount that I have for AMC has been a bad investment overall.

Every thing is good but Only accessories and installation maintaines is too much cost

The delivery speed is excellent - ordered late evening and was delivered next day noon.There was confusion in installation / demo. I got a message that installation has been booked. But, when I called them, they said there was no request for installation. Installation happened only after a couple of calls. However, he has done a good job of it.The product is good. The noise levels and vibration levels are lower compared to our previous machine. Our previous machine spins at 1200rpm - constantly. However this machine spins at different rates, based on the program. We felt this machine does not dry the clothes as well as the previous one. Wash quality is good.Overall, I am not unhappy with the purchase.

Sports mode washes the best and the clothes are looking fresh

Machine got repair within 3 months. Raised service request at customer care toll free number on 18/01/2020. After one week technician came and told pump is fault and has to be replaced. Till Now (11/02/2020 ) they didn't rectified. Repeatedly contacted customer service. No use. Waste of money and our energy. Don't buy.Worst product ever bought in Amazon just after warranty is over while spinning a blast sound is coming, drum is spinning with cracking sound like bearing is gone, for this small problem they are saying drum and motor is completely molded and can't be separated and repaired, they are asking 15k to replace the whole unit inside case, this is not tolerable if they can't even fix the bearing problem in motor y they even sell this. If u have already bought get extended warranty as soon as possible else don't buy

Lookwise good. But not value for money. It has very less options

It is easy to opearate. Silent and stable. Less noise while spinning. The display shows lots of info and a bigger one too. Best thing is the after sales service. Next day demo and very courtesious service engineer.
