Read directions
I will start off by saying read the directions all the way through before doing the test. There also is a video ( info gets sent to you when you register your test).I received my test on Monday. Completed the test that evening and mailed back next day The lab recieved my test on Thursday of that same week( when you register the kit you also get a way to track it) . Thursday evening I received notification they received it and was processing it. They told me I could expect my results anywhere from Monday to Thursday ( of the following week after I sent the test). I received my results Monday morning. The process of doing the actual test wasn't difficult. Just read your instructions all the way through first. If you don't you could cause an error . Everything you need is included in the kit. The hardest part was waiting for the results.

No customer support
The test taking was easy but then I mailed it back and they never got it. It says to contact their customer care team but when you click on that link it takes you to you have to call USPS, like they'd help. Wasted money

Needs too much blood- huge waste of money
This test requires an insane amount of blood that you have to gather yourself . Unless you’re a phlebotomist or super bloody don’t buy. Huge waste of money. Thanks Amazon

Seamless experience
Painless and easy, though I was rather disappointed to find that I don't have syphilis, maybe next time.

Not enough lancets
I like that I can do this at home without scheduling a doctors visit, however, be aware that the lancets are one time use, and it only comes with two. I clicked one to see how they work and the needle wouldn’t come back out and the other one simply wasn’t enough for only a few drops of blood. Sooo, I went to my local store, got a lancet device and lancets for about $15.00 by the way it’s covered if you have a FSA or HSA, had I not done this, I would have given up, or tried to prick myself with a sewing needle which let me tell you, go get a lancer with lancets!! Trust me, it’s way more effective and less painful than trying to find a way to get blood out any other way. Blood is to be dripped onto an absorbent piece of paper, you have to fill the circumference of 5 circles. This took about 4 fingers and 5 lancet pricks. I’m a cold hearted person so maybe that’s why it was difficult for me to get the blood out of my fingers, I’m sure if you’re more soft and warm on the inside then perhaps the sample collection process will be easier. It comes with a prepaid label I was able to just drop off at a USPS drop box, that part was easy. If you want discretion and convenience and are confident you can do the sample collecting then go for it and buy this. Otherwise go to a doctor or find a better alternative.

Eventually got my results
The first attempt at doing the test was unsuccessful, it took a while to get a response, but they sent me another test at no cost (they were understandably busy during Corona epidemic). Unfortunately no number to call and took a few days for email response. If you are fortunate enough to have this work, you’ll get results, hopefully not positive. 1 of the lancets that came was broken was the issue I had, impossible to get enough blood with just one for my veins.
