Terrific case for my Pixel Slate!
Right off the bat, you need to understand I did not purchase this case for a Surface Pro, I purchased it for the Pixel Slate. It is very difficult to find any accessories for the Slate, but luckily the Slate and the Surface Pro are very similar in size. The Slate is about 291mm x 202mm x 7mmThe Surface Pro 292mm x 201mm x 8.5mmSince the Pro is a little thicker, I figure I can fit the Google Keyboard as well as the Slate inside this case, and sure enough, I was right! I don't really care for the multipoint angles of the Google keyboard because I'm sharing the tablet with my 6 yr old and that design is not kid-friendly. This case makes it kid friendly as well as protect everything from scratches. It also makes it sturdier because if you want, you can even hold the entire thing with one hand, something you cannot do if the Slate and Google board is not inside this case.I first bought a similar case by Infiland for $24. When I realized this Finite version is basically the same case for less money, I bought it to see which charcoal color I like better. The Fintie is not only $8 cheaper, but has the better darker charcoal. There are slight differrences in stitching pattern too but I'm willing to bet both cases are made from the same factory. If you need this for a Pixel Slate like me, then both cases will work! I've posted some pictures so you can see the color difference as well as how the Pixel looks inside of it.

Elegant looking, very functional
It's very easy to set up and use in general, you loose some minimal functionality compared to just the surface (you cannot really set up easily the angle when opening the lid and when turning the keyboard at a 360 angle -I mean, when it's on the back of the screen- it's a little clumsy. But 100% usable and it's a good enough tradeoff for the protection you get), but connectivity is not affected at all. And it looks really, really elegant. Overall, very satisfied with it.

LOVE IT! Great case for the Microsoft Surface
The case is high quality and sturdy. The Surface fits perfectly and is well protected. The stand of the Surface fits into bands on each side of the case so that it opens and stands very easily. I have the Surface keyboard and it fits into the case very well. There is an elastic holder for the Surface Pen. The price is excellent for the quality. Highly recommend. (I have the Surface Pro 5)

1st Class protection
This case has a remarkable professionsl feel. I hesitated using my surface until I got a cover for it ; my appliance is pristine, and I vowed to maintain that appearance. I have surface pro5, an older model running win10, and it exceeds my needs without a win11 upgrade. This case is well made, very businesslike in appearance, provides excellent protection and coverage, with its side strap for the surface pen, which already is magnetized to attach directly to the tablet..carrying this in hand makes me feel as if i have all the info i need....its like I got the whole world in my hand, in one sleek business grey folio.

Don't be like me
Don't be like me and get a Surface Pro and then use it for a year without a cover like this. I remember seeing this product back when I first bought my Surface Pro. I don't know how I justified not getting it at that point. Recently it was getting scratched up so I relented and bought this. Little did I know I was in for an amazing surprise...That annoying gap between the stand and the bottom edge of the tablet, while not an issue when using it stationary on a desk, is incredibly annoying to deal with on my lap. It also sometimes closes by accident if I slide the device across the desk too quickly causing the device to fall onto the desk. Furthermore, it makes carrying the device with the keyboard attached and the device remain open a little cumbersome with my hand nestled within that gap, especially if I am trying to type on the keyboard while holding it this way, one handed--not the most stable of hand-holds.I don't know if others have to use their devices this way that much, but I carry it and type on it in this fashion while moving room-to-room at my work 8hrs a day.Enter this pretty-sturdy-seeming case...Lo and behold that stupid gap is gone. The long flat underside flap is perfect. Carrying it, placing it on (now any) surfaces, typing on it one handed, sliding it across surfaces, all work flawlessly just like a regular laptop would. The daily frustration this thing is going to save me is priceless. Not to mention it looks pretty slick. Thanks for a great product. Not sure yet about the durability since I just opened it, but seems to be of decent quality.Oh yea and it definitely will protect from scratches since the device no longer directly contacts anything except the inside of the case.TL:DR - Just get it. Or get one like it. Don't second guess. A cover like this is a necessity for a Surface Pro if you carry it around with the kickstand open, ever.

Perfect Case - Used Lightly
I cannot speak to durability, although it seems to be decent.I use this for note taking, pen holder is essential. Fit of surface pro 7 into this case is great, no room for jostling. Keyboard does fold onto the back half without an issue.Case looks professional and has small pocket on backside for stowing minimal items.
