We really like this product and use it quite often. Adds great flavor in or Philopena ribs and other foods.

This is a wonderful spice mix - great on ground sausage. Make sure to follow cooking instructions - using water in the pot first so you achieve the correct amount of "stinkiness."

HAVENT TRIED THE AMAZON TOCINO BUT MY WIFE BEFORE MARINATED THEE POWDER WITH PORK CHOPS AND THEY WERE DELCIOUS

I have used this Philippine mix for years with all kinds of slow-cooked meats.

(Wifey) I use this to make Tocino but to make more tastier, more juicy and so tender the meat.....you can add sprite, sierra mist or 7up soda put 2 tbs. per lb of the meat you use. Marinate it the hold nyt and u can cook it in the morning just add little water to cook, wait until it done. Ready to served with rice and combination of sunny side egg :-)Everyone like it and I decide to make more :-)Beside the Tocino I use all other product of mama sita's mix and all food I cook are great :-)
