Sprats as a product of Latvia
I did not open, so did not taste, the sprats. My objective was to have a few items from Latvia for a lesson about that country. The one-star ding is because the label was STUCK, STUCK, STUCK to the clear front, obstructing the view of the sprats. I had to use WD-40 to get it off, which means I really won't be tasting them now, as I don't trust there to have been no transfer of the WD-40 into the contents.

Not good.
WAY too smoky and very spiky tails.

Be CAREFULL when ordering
It is a great product. HOWEVER, when ordering thru Amazon page showed me 5 or 6 cans ... I figure for ~$8 it was pretty descent deal as my local retail store has those for ~2.50 each. To my surprise, few weeks later only 1 can arrived. On my order page, I see pic of 1 can now .... go figure .. this is 1 small can of fish for almost $8. There is no returns. So I have really fishy taste in my mouth now.

Arrive damaged and spoiled.
These are not canned, they are covered with a plastic film. Not sturdy. Not surprisingly, it arrived busted, the box one greasy mess. It is a good product, but shipping was not good :(
