Added sliced scallion-grated zucchini, carrot, mushrooms and a Thai chili. Use only enough oil to coat the bottom of your pan. 1 cup mix to 1.5 c water. Don't flip until the first side is brown.

Learned about this from Korean cooking videos on YouTube. This is a great item for your pantry that brings a lot of versatility to your cooking. Mix it up and throw in chopped or shredded veggies and you have a great side dish for any Asian- inspired meal.My only criticism of the product is that the pancakes fall apart unless you add 2-3 eggs to the batter and mix very well with the pancake mix (I recommend a hand mixer).

Great product!

I used this to make korean pancakes. I finely shred green onion and carrots to add to the batter. I mix 1 cup mix with 1 1/2 c. water. It is pretty runny. I add some corn starch and baking powder, this makes it puffier and crispier. I heat up a wok with avocado oil in it and pour the batter in. I turn it when it's crispy and brown on the bottom. We really like this. I have not tried it to fry chicken.

Product came with a hole in it and there was pancake mix all over everything else in the box.

I didn’t get a chance to use it. It was delivered and the expiration date was a week later. Disappointed because I couldn’t send it back, no could I exchange it. My waisted/loss.

I was hoping for a crispier veggie pancake. It was too “doughy”.

This is a good product. Tasty and easy to use, even for a beginner. You literally just add water, follow cooking instructions and BAM delicious Korean pancake! Err on the side of more water, the thicker they are, the gummier they tend to be no matter how long you cook them.Check the expiration date when you receive the product. I was promptly refunded, but still inconvenient. Instead of re ordering I went to a Korean market and found the same product (in date) and for a cheaper price.
