Works well
Have been using for years. They are super thin but still prevent my hand from tearing. Decent price but they are a one time use. Haven’t found other grips I like

They work!
My left hand would consistently start to rip in the middle of my palm. I’ve used these for two work workouts, one with pull-ups and the other one with toes to bar. No rips! I did wear them under my grips. I’ll buy again for sure.

If you hate leather grips, but need hand protection, give these a try!
I'm usually not a fan of hand protection. I hate the feeling of something between my palm and the bar, and the loss of friction fatigues my grip like crazy. I usually don't wear hand protection during WODs. HOWEVER, I do like to wear these for when I know I'll need to protect my hands. While they're not perfect, these have provided me with a good middle ground between feeling the bar and also protecting from rips.I've worn these about 4 times now. They stay in place okay. The first time was a failure because I put lotion on before heading to the gym - they bunched like crazy! Don't do that! Reading the instructions on their website helped - avoiding stretching the material and rubbing your hands together after applying seems to help with bunching. I wore them during 18.1, and they only bunched up after about 7-8 rounds. My grip definitely fatigued faster than it would have without any hand protection, but I avoided ripping and was able to give it another try later in the weekend. I also wore them for a bar muscle-up workout. I usually don't wear hand protection for BMU's because I HATE how leather grips feel, but these were fine - a bit more slippery, but I could still feel the bar. 27 BMU's later and my hands were fine!

Good grips, a great addition to the gym bag for crossfitters with delicate hands
Good grips. I have only used these a couple of times for my crossfit pull up heavy workouts and am very satisfied with the results. There are 2 grips in each package. U take the covering off, pull them on ur hand and they stay there for the whole workout. Sometimes grip bunches up at points of shear force, but better the grip than my hand. Works best if ur hands are dry so best to put on before the warm up. Today i put them on after warming up on a really humid day. They still stuck to my palm but had a tough time sticking to my wrist but once i started the workout they stay put through 3 rounds of 15 pull ups and 15 cleans. I do still wear my bear claw grips on top of these but whatever i can do to keep my hands from tearing up.

Not quite what I had hoped
Good product, comfortable, and I like that I can feel the bar in my hands. Easy to apply, good initial stickiness with the tacky solution provided. However, product did not survive through a 10 min pull-up workout - it bunched up after one round of 10 pull-ups, then tore apart after the 3rd round. While my hands/skin did not tear, the product did not meet my expectations.

No ripped calluses here!
Great product for one-time use hand protection. The tape is very thin - much thinner than regular tape - and the adhesive is strong. I don't even feel the tape while I'm working out. It does bunch a little, but it's so thin that you can't really feel it. I've only used these a few times, and only for high volume bar work where I know I'll rip. Really nice to have, but I use sparingly due to cost. One downside The adhesive from the tape gets stuck to my hands, and you really have to scrub your hands afterwards to get the adhesive off. Scrubbing adhesive off is way better than nursing a ripped callus for a week, in my opinion.

It will still hurt but you won’t rip your hands.
I have a long way to go still on my gymnastics but some of my limitations came out of the fear of ripping my hands open. I can work out with more comfidence my skin won’t be detached.
