Took too long to arrive

These capsules are easy to swallow. They arrived promptly. If you take zinc supplements, I recommend this product.

After a HTMA revealed I am low on zinc and need to detox copper, my Dr Rx'd this product among other things. My sense of smell is returning, my carpal tunnel symptoms are decreasing, my vision is improving (again I'm on multiple supplements now but am taking this daily as well), and overall health is improving. I'm excited to see what the next few months bring, as well as checking my labs again to compare.

Great supplement. Bought 60 capsules but only received 30 and no way to get ahold of customer service to fix the issue.

Zinc citrate is part of my preventative strategy to keep my family healthy despite their immersion in this germy world. The citrate type is well absorbed and the ARG brand is safe for people with allergies. Recommend!
