I bought this double sided ports because I needed photos from my old Samsung saved to my iPhone. Downloaded the apps on both phones and was able to choose what folders went over. Fab! But I wanted to also save these to my computer and then an external hard drive, this is where it all went downhill. Have ordered a few different ports to connect to my computer but cannot support the transfer. I should have just bought the two separately and that way the usb on each one would have fitted in my computer port. If there is anyone that can recommend a type of connector for me to save these to my phone then please drop a message on this as I need all the help I can get. Apart from my lack of knowledge with these it did a really good job saving all my granddaughters lovely pictures and videos that I thought I might loose
