It worked for me
The first day I drank it twice as suggested and there was no effect. The next day I doubled the amount and brewed it in a thermos. I had a few rounds in the bathroom. Maybe I should have continued with the suggested dosage instead of taking a double amount.

Does not work
I tried to like this tea and gave it a fare shot. It does not work as described. The taste is unpleasant and makes me nauseous. I had to really force myself to drink it just to see no results the next morning. I will go back to MagO7 which is an oxygenated Mag and never fails me.

Never have Constipation and feel much lighter
The best cleansing tea it makes you feel light as a feather and keeps you regular with only one cup a day we’ve been using it for about three years and we cannot go without it

Always working, pleasant taste
Love the taste, fruity and light. You don’t have to boil it to get the same smooth move effect. You can just drop one pack into your iced water and drink it slowly during the day. Works like a charm. Keto friendly

No cramps
I like the flavor and most of all I like it because there is no cramps as it cleanses from the inside out. Excellent with honey and a bit of lemon.
