Monoprice XLR Cable - Male to Female, Microphone & Interconnect, Gold Plated, 16AWG, 10 Feet, Black - Stage Right Series

High quality pieces for an incredibly good price!

Using this to power a Neumann u87 styled microphone and it is working well so far. I feel safer knowing it’s gold plated.

For clarification, I bought the "Stage Right Series" version of this product in 1.5ft length. It sounds like the "Premier" cables use a thinner gauge wire than what's described in the listing. The Stage Right ones do indeed use 16 gauge. So if wire gauge is important to you, buy the Stage Right version. Anyway... I bought a pair of these to connect an SMSL M200 DAC to an SMSL SP200 headphone amplifier. They work great. The connectors and cable both seem to be of good quality. I especially appreciate the availability of the 1.5ft length, since my DAC and Headamp are stacked right on top of one another. If you're looking for inexpensive XLR cables that aren't garbage, these are a great choice!

I've used tons of XLR cables, but this one is by far the best-built one I've tried. The rubber insulation is extremely thick yet flexible; the two connectors are built perfectly to spec; and the release latch on the male end works more smoothly than any other I've tried. Top-notch product!

Cables are made from really high quality materials. I’ve noticed zero noise from outside interference, and they fit snuggly into their respected ports. Really made my audio sound better by simply purchasing these cables over other brands at this price point

I once read an article co-written by several audio product reviewers, and they blind-tested several cable brands, ranging from the highest priced to the inexpensive. They agreed that the cables all sounded about the same, but if any brand sounded slightly better, it was the inexpensive Monoprice. I have used their cables ever since. They never disappoint. These balanced XLRs are no exception. They are a big step up from the RCA cables I was using on my phono preamp. I prefer to spend big on big components, and trust Monoprice for my cables. Highly recommended.

So far it performs at or above as expected. I'm using this to charge an ebike at both 5amps and 2amps 72v. The connectors are solid and the thickness of the wire instills confidence. I can't comment on how it would perform with audio but overall build quality is excellent.
