I bought this knowing there was a possible risk of snapping while assembling. That is why, when feeling a bit of tension for the most tricky part, I was able to adjust and had no issues. I ended up buying a second ship and some rowboats as well for my sea adventure. I had no issues with breaking but a bit of patience and gentle pressure goes a long way to assembling the trickier parts. Once assembled, these ships are quite sturdy. I was missing a piece of the other ship and they quickly sent me a replacement part. Great customer service means a lot these days.

It is a great design and works really well. It was a trip assembling but well worth it for the price. And comes with a few 2nd npc minis!!

Exactly as advertised. Looked AMAZING for my D&D sessions and the group though it was hilarious and practical at the same time! If you're interested, it's a safe purchase. (just be patient with the assembly....probably gotta make a DEX save of at least 15 and it'll be perfect!)

Yeah, the quality of these is very good. You do have to be careful when putting it together as some of the parts are very thin and could break if you rush it. But once together it's fairly sturdy and should be fun to use in-game. The only odd part was the package it came in, which was for a completely different ship design. The box says this: "Large 3-Level Brigantine Ship Bundle." The picture was for the Brigantine as well. And I mean all packaged up like new, but inside was the longship I was expecting. So ... weird but not an issue.

Reading the reviews I was worried this was going to be hard to put together. But its actually very easy! I watched the video at the top of the page, very helpful. Don't force it, just need to apply slight pressure and go as slow as you can. My players are going to go crazy over this ship!

Price was great and it is exactly as pictured. It’s not super fancy or complicated but has a nice clean elegant look to it. It is balsa and there is a single step in assembly that can break it. I’m glad I payed attention to other reviews (their instructions even say to take that step very slowly and carefully.). If I didn’t already have it I would buy it again. Received their brigantine as a gift from them for their anniversary and it has me sold. I’m loyal now.

These are VERY good. Be careful with it, build it carefully, and it will add so much fun. They deliver so much quicker than they advertise, as well. Just received these 2 longships. Already had a Galley from here. Totally worth it for the game.

Delivers just what I thought it would. Snaps together with minimal effort. Wood did not break. Decent price. I bought 3 of them.
