I really like that the vest can have the weight changed out easily. It is easily adjustable and decently comfortable on the shoulders. It does bounce when I run/sprint but due to the weight in the vest, but I believe that's just an unavoidable side effect. Generally I only do short sprints and hold the chest part of the vest so the effect is minimized. I would not however recommend wearing it shirtless like the guy in the photo else you will end up with all your chest hair and potentially some of your skin chafed off...

Very durable and comfortable to wear. Has a pocket just big enough for my phone and keys and can attach my water bottle holder. I bought two ten pound barbell weights from Walmart to insert one in back and one in front. Only downside is that the torso belt clips will fall off when there is no tension. To trail run I have tried 2 other weight vests that had fallen apart in a few months but this unbroken vest should last years just judging by its performance.

i bought this vest and i wore it today for my run! it fits super comfortably and my lower back doesnt ache when i run. however the velcro on the inside for securing the plate is a little confusing. and also make sure you wear a good shirt because i didnt realize until i had gone to shower that it gave me a bad brush burn on my back from bouncing around while running...

I am very happy with my vest and the seller. I had an issue with the straps, so i contacted the seller and they took care of the issue. I recommend the vest to a friend and he purchased one.

I am a female, 5'5" and 130 lbs. I do olympic weightlifting and due to an injury, needed to take a break. This plate carrier has been a huge help in adding weight to what would otherwise be body weight only exercises. It fits perfect where most others I have tried were just too big and way to long on my body. The fact I can take this to the gym and insert the weight there is also helpful that I dont have to carry additional weight around with me.

The vest does what it's supposed to do and worked fine to hold the weight plates, however like another reviewer mentioned, the side straps are very inconvenient and also mine broke after one time of using it. I'm already looking at getting another one soon, or using a backpack with weights instead. Also another flaw in my opinion is that the straps where you insert the plates are not long enough to support additional plates. So you would have to have whatever weight size you want in one plate. I was happy with my purchase but had to be honest about it's real world use.

This vest is great!! I need to take a pic of it, but I’m so happy with the ability to put whatever weight I would like in it. The weights are super easy to take out, so I’m not taking home a heavy weighted vest like my previous one. I’m 5’3” and pretty small, so I have it strapped all the way down, but it works! The only movement that is uncomfortable is a push up because it rubs on my arms. But not bad enough to make me not live this vest! It looks great and I have gotten soooo many compliments in the gym. You can buy plates at Walmart for $5 or just use plates from your gym. I would give the vest a 9.5/10. And it’s not the vests fault that I’m small lol.

I gotta say this vest is amazing you can just use plate weights or make your own with sand. And I had a little trouble with one of the buckles and the customer service was great and sent me out another pair for free and was fast shipping as well great product and great service.***must buy for any fitness enthusiast***
