Dear, the 4 flat pink pieces behind the toy is for firmly attached and wiggle free.

Q: Ours doesn't release any foam/bubbles. defected or wrong kind of soap? we are using Everyone for Everybody brand.

Did you mix with water? We just use a cheap liquid body wash mixed with water. Maybe a 1:2 ratio.. I just put my finger in and mix it up a little and it works after a few pumps. Hope that helps!
