Clean, yummy beans!!
These are really good, very clean beans. I made a pot of them yesterday. Just wish that they came in 1# packages which are easier to store. That isn’t criticizing though.

Tasty! Yellow beans with a creamy texture and great flavor.
Mayocoba beans are not your generic bean. These are small, oval, yellow beans about 1/2 in long with a thin skin. They have a creamy texture when cooked.Since they’re not generic, they cost a little more, but the flavor is well worth the cost.

Not what I expected
These are different than the ones in the local shops here. They’re smaller. I haven’t used them yet so I can only tell you about visuals.

The taste is wonderful
Love these beans. Had been looking for them but couldn't find them until we discovered them on Amazon. Try them. If you like dried beans, these are among the best.
