We bought this for our son’s engagement party, and have used it at least four or five times with no issues. We are just now having a small issue with a couple of the spring buttons coming out. I contacted the manufacturer, and they are going to send us poles absolutely free! Even though we are outside of our warranty.!! That’s what I call. Excellent customer service, thank you so much Sommer for your help, it is greatly greatly appreciated. And I would highly recommend this tent to anybody!

At first, we had an issue with the product, but the seller went above and beyond to make things right. Their quick and professional response truly impressed me.I can honestly say — this tent is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious, super comfortable, and has such an elegant look. Unbeatable for the price. Looks professional, comes with everything you need, and is sturdy enough to handle decent winds without too much worry. I say without too much, because of course you'll need to stake it down, but the only damage it took was the seam where the velcro loops tied to the largest walls. It was kind of expected though, considering it was flapping pretty good.Only other word of caution is to be careful tightening the turnbuckles to keep the ridge poles secure. You can absolutely over-tighten and bow them. Took no damage but definitely something to be conscious of when assembling.

The tents worked very well and Brandline was great to work with. They even replaced a tent bag that ripped. The tents worked well for our event.

The tent is great quality and seems to be very durable. My nephews who are 14 and 15 put it together and didn’t have any issues. I am missing the stakes that go in the ground and the ties for the window panes (I used zipties) I have contacted the seller so they can send the missing parts. .—-UPDATE there was a windy day In my area the tent was blown up and out of the ground- poles were damaged, the roof has a slight tear, the window panes ripped -the tent flew into my neighbors yard causing damage to their home-I reached out to the seller and was told I would have to pay for the replacement parts. I then requested to return the tent and was told I would have to pay for shipping. I ended up contacting Amazon customer service and they advised me to wait 3 business days to receive the postage paid label from seller. I will never buy from this company again

Great tent! Easy to assemble and very sturdy.We had a storm come through that damaged several of the poles for the tent and Quictent support was very responsive about replacing the broken items at a reasonable price.

So far so good...Love it!!!!!

A little tedious to assemble, overall good tent quality for the price.
