9-10inchs in diameter tall and same as wide!! Just don’t fill it to the top or you run the risk of ripping seems

Q: Is it strong enough to survive being thrown 15 ft up for Strongman?

I threw my 45lbs bag in the air above 15 ft and it broke after the third week. Fill it with crumb rubber or fine sand if you're going to do strongman throws, cause while the bag is made of decent material I wouldn't say it's gonna with hold a barage of throws.

There is a velcro strip under the zipper. It opens to the bag section for filling.
