Great Value and Quiet
I have an 8000 sq/ft pole barn I use for storage, I insulated it last summer and considered adding HVAC, but after multiple mind bending quotes I had to put HVAC on pause and instead rented an industrial LGR7000 to handle the humidity. It worked so well I actually realized if I just manage the humidity the temps never went above 77f in the summer and thats with multiple 90-100f very hot humid days! This year I decided to buy an industrial unit rather than rent (rental is $200 to $330 per month). The LGR7000 is priced at $2400 and was very impressive product while I had it, but I saw this unit with nearly identical specs at half the price (and it came in Gray!). So due to the reviews I pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier. The humidity dropped from 62% to 49% in less than 24 hours in 8000 sq/ft and shaved 4 degrees off of the room temperature. What should also be noted is how quiet it is. The LGR was fairly loud where-as the BD-130 I bought is nearly silent. I ran a drain tube over a doorway into a slop sink and it pumps perfectly. I'll re-review if I run into any issues but so far I am very happy with BlueDri, sure, I wish it was $800 so I could buy another, but hey beggars can't be choosers.

Very poor quality product- do NOT buy
I purchased this product roughly 3 years ago for my basement (not for professional use). after roughly 12 months of use, I started getting E3 error. This has to do with refrigeration. This cannot be fixed.Later, I contacted the customer service. After back-and-forth, they replaced the unit . All of this took several months after I started getting the error first time. I appreciated the replacement. The replaced unit is giving E3 error after a few months of use. Since I purchased smaller dehumidifiers from Costco, while this big unit has been sitting idle. It is impossible to reach their customer service. They know there is a E3 error issue but are not addressing. This is a poor quality product. Do NOT buy.

Works great
We have had this for a full summer in the Midwest. We put it in our shop after having humidity issues and this has been the ticket! Works perfect and we have no humidity in our shop.

Owned two Bluedri dehumidifiers, both failed with months
All of these import models (you will see others from different brands but are same unit) suffer from the same corrosion refrigerant leak problem. They use dissimilar metals within the system which cause rapid corrosion. I own two of these Bluedri units and all of them have failed with the same problem, denoted by permanently recurring error code E3 and if they can even be coaxed to run through successive resets, you will see frozen coils. On the first failure, I had to escalate aggressively to Bluedri executive management and the social media team of Lasko, the company that bought Bluedri. They wanted me to ship the failed unit back at a crazy cost (large percentage of purchase price) and provided no local warranty support. No hvac person will work on these for good reason. I refused and escalated. Eventually they sent a replacement after I proved all of the failed components and the executive agreed I can destroy the failed one. Their warranty manager then asked repeatedly that I ship it back after I had in writing from another company executive that I didn’t need to. After getting past the warranty support circus, I put the unused replacement in storage and recently I pulled the replacement unit out and it failed with 3 weeks, lost refrigerant and same issue. You often don’t need a unit this large if you are a prosumer. I recommend you consider GE units. We own about five dehumidifiers excluding the failed Bluedr’s. The GE 50 pint units we owned have stayed working continuously for at least 2 years. For any of these, if I get 2 years of continuous service I consider it a success.

Works really, really well for our indoor swim spa.
We have a indoor swim spa. Moisture control is essential. The builders suggestion for a built in dehumidifier was way, way too expensive. But, what are you going to do instead to control moisture. This machine does it. It keeps our room at 40%. It does not auto shut down, even when the humidity hits the set point. It runs continuously, but I guess that is better than rotting drywall. Our friends can feel its effectiveness. I sleep better knowing that moisture is under control. This was a great buy!

Absolute lifesaver!! Don’t even hesitate to invest in a real unit.
I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on a unit but it was a large space and underwater. I’m 100% glad I worked past my hesitation!! Units cleared the water and humidity from 81% all the way to 40% in under 24 hours for a very large space and two units. They maneuver easily and purge the water through the attached hose without fail. No hesitation to recommend or buy again.

Last about a year
Purchased 2 of these units roughly a year apart. I had to warranty the one now my other one is doing exactly the same thing. For some reason it'll throw a E3 code which is a low charge. Basically the unit is junk after you get this code. I wouldn't recommend this unit at all customer service is descent but for a 1200 dollar unit you expect more out of it. I run it in a 3000 sq ft building and followed the exact instructions on how to set it up.

Not easily serviceable
This dehumidifier works well. But just after 1 year, reported error. My hvac person said " not worth it to repair". I had to have it hauled away. For the kind of use they would get, it should be more easily serviced so it doesn't end up in a junk yard after 1 year. Shame, otherwise worked great.
