I started using these vitamins a year or more ago based on their quality and content. I switched to a cheaper but seemingly just as good brand and noticed that I had lost energy after a little while. After two or three bottles of that other brand I returned to this one and noticed a return of my energy. I'm going to keep using this. Note that you can just easily split these pills in half with your fingers. I only use one half every day to two days so as not to overdose on vitamins since I already eat extremely healthy and use nutrition supplement drinks. Also I have found that having an entire pill in one sitting causes a stomach ache.

It’s very well rounded multivitamin contains wide range of individual vitamins and some blends. The phytonutrients blend is carefully crafted. Also contains resveratrol which is a strong antioxidant and very well researched. Metagenics also displays the source form of every vitamin which is I think a very positive gesture. It displays transparency. Also it’s Non GMO. It works very well. Take it for few weeks and then stop for a week and you will feel the difference. That’s the best way to notice how well it works. Great buy.

** UPDATE: 6/8/16 **I am updating my original review below and now giving these vitamins 4 stars. My original review was in November 2015. I found out in January, 2016 that I have Lyme disease (2 years misdiagnosed, long story). After months of treatment and feeling MUCH better, I decided to give these a shot again because I thought maybe my heart palps were caused by the Lyme. I can now take these vitamins with no heart palpitations or any ill side effects! (I actually bought the ones without iron this time but they're identical to these, minus the iron). I still maintain they are easy for me to swallow, although they are on the larger side, and have no gross taste or after bite. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the magnesium is very low, so I still need to supplement with an additional vitamin for that. Other than that, I really like these and the fact that you only have to take 2 a day (unlike other higher quality brands where the serving is up to 8 a day!) I'm currently only taking 1 per day but will increase my dose over time.********** Original Review **********I have the MTHFR genetic defect and was looking for a good multivitamin with methyl-folate. These gave me some pretty serious heart palpitations. I get palps from time to time but this was all day and very upsetting. I know it was from the vitamin because the palps began when I started taking them and ended when I stopped taking them. This was only from 1 tablet per day.They don't smell or taste bad like other high quality vitamins I've tried and no nasty aftertaste either. They're on the larger side but I had no trouble swallowing them as they are coated and went down easy (and I am someone who has a very difficult time swallowing pills). There is a line in the middle of each pill too so you can easily break them in half.Overall, if I had not had the strong reaction to them that I had, I would have kept taking them. It's a shame for me.

This multi vitamin is good quality and you can tell. I have more energy and improved focus throughout the day. I don’t feel tired anymore. It’s easy to swallow too.
