This is a good product. I do wish they were not as huge as they are. Sometimes it feels like I am swallowing something big, which I am! Maybe they could be coated with something more slippery and slide down like the fish oil I take. Oh well. At least I know this is a very high quality product, recommended by medical professionals.

I have been taking this vitamin since I first found out about it in the 1980’s. It is THE best multi- vitamin on the planet! It strengthens your immune system! I highly recommend it and am thankful I can get it online!

Rubbing a little olive oil on the vitamin will help with swallowing.Vitamin and the vitamin quickly dissolves in water

This product was recommended to me by my Dr. who specifically told me to avoid supplements containing cyanocobalamin and instead use only those containing methylcobalamin so I was very surprised when I ordered it and found it contains cyanocobalamin. You could not tell from the picture on Amazon that it contained cyanocobalamin. I returned the product and now use Swanson's Activated B Complex.
