I like the fact that it’s organic since it’s a soy product - that’s so important! It can be used in place of broth and you don’t have to keep the boxes around and they’re expensive so this one is very economical to use in that way plus you can make your soup base for your miso soup. I highly recommend.

It is packed in a box with next to no stuffing and the way the lid is made and the weight of the product, it will likely always arrive with the lid busted open. But then I have to wonder if it was already open before it was shipped. Total waste. Threw it in the trash.
