Great if you don’t like Gels
I’m an ulta runner and rubbish with replacing electrolytes as I thought it was only gels and drinks which can be used which I don’t like. After a bit of research I came across these and they came recommended in running magazines. Thought I’d try them. I tried them on 2 training runs, 40 and 50 miles and in all honestly they were brilliant. I’ve never felt so good at the end of a long run. The flavour was nice and fresh and they dissolved in the mouth easily and didn’t taste chalky at all. Used them for a 24 hour run and they were spot on, I felt great at the end. The only thing I’d say, if you’re doing an ultra then get 2 flavours as I got a bit bored with the flavour on a 50 mile run.Now if I’m a bit tired or drained I’ll pop a couple in my mouth even for a 10k run.Highly recommend these.

Expensive but useful and tasty.
My daughter buys these often for POTS syndrome. They're quicker and easier than having to make an electrolyte drink so very convenient. They are slightly salty but the watermelon masks that.My only gripe is they're so expensive when needed every day.

Be careful with flavours
Those are good but sadly watermelon flavour are not. Tastes horrible, I had to spit out. Lost my £16,ordered both but only one bottle can use

Good for running
It’s a shame there is not an easy way to carry a few on your person safely while running, but these help massively with cramping on long runs

Taste good, seem to help recovery
I've started training for my first ever marathon after 15 years of being a 10K runner. This means that I'm entering the world of running nutrition for the first time.It is easy to get suckered in to the thought that you need gels, salt tablets, recovery shakes, Epsom salt baths, chafing cream, wicking shirts, all these companies hocking add-on sales onto the sport that I love because it is potentially so cheap and easy to access to all. However, to my chagrin, I have found that many of these products do have real benefits. This is one of them. Since I have started eating a couple on training runs, I have had no cramps and I have felt better on long runs. And this is during the winter. In the summer, where I often end up with a layer of sweat salt on my face post run, I expect these to come even further into their own. It's an added benefit that they taste decent as well, barely salty, kind of like a "love heart" sweet in taste and texture.

Great for Hajj
I bought these when travelling for Hajj 2024. They taste great and worked as I wasn’t thirsty, not that I’m a great water drinker but we were walking in 40+ degree heat so definitely did the job. One to go on your hajj list!
