Q: I hope this is not a dumb question but how do you get the pump to work? Most work by turning but that doesn't work. No piece to take off. ??

Pull the tube off the pump and run hot water through it. Then run hot water over the pump. Replace the tube and pump hot water from a cup until water pumps out. Replace the pump in the bottle. Should work now.

Q: Is this like Corn Huskers lotion.. is it like a gel lotion
