Great product
I have gotten both 1/8" and 1/2". stuff is great, works well, holds up, makes a very nice edge. I have used it on my RV. Make sure you do a little research on how to install the stuff. If you do then its not difficult to install, does take some effort to install but well worth it.

Good grip and flex
DIY project making grill screens on my KIA. Worked very well to grip metallic screen and was flexible enough to insert into front fascia of the car and secure to the grill.

Used it to tighten up my batwing fairing on my motorcycle which had a rattle from vibration. Only negative was that it wasn't sold in shorter lengths.

Gun Safe, Perfect for protection against sheared sheet metal edges.
The gun safe at our club has a sheared sheet metal edge at the bottom of the door frame. I noticed that the gun stocks were getting beat up from hitting this edge while taking the guns out of the safe.I ordered 25 ft of the TRIM-LOK Edge Trim. It cuts easily with garden snips and since the metal U channel is aluminum it reforms easily. Installation may have taken 2 minutes.Since the top lip on the safe didn't have enough clearance to slip the TRIM-LOK on, I bent some TRIM-LOK open to form a 90° molding and used contact cement to protect the top edge of the door frame.There was plenty left over to send the roll home with other members to use on their safes.

Works well for protecting sharp edges
I bought this edge trim to put around the perimeter of my new Honda lawnmower's deck. After years of rusty and broken hand-me-downs, I saved up for a high quality lawn mower that should give me decades of use. However the steel deck of the mower had no protection for the edge of the deck to prevent the paint from be scraped off by running it up against rocks, so I ordered this roll of edge trim. Installation was very easy and it holds reasonably well, though I might glue it in place in the future since it does slide off sometimes. It has held up well all summer and prevented my mower deck from getting scratched.
